Lupu Guidelines for Recording Sessions

(Engineer Led Sessions)

•Every hour spent after the initial booking is $45 per hour. 

•No studio session can exceed 6 hours!

•Only 12 hour blocks can be booked once every 30 day time period. And every 12 hour block must be booked at least 7 days before the date is selected. 

•Mixing is included.

•Mastering IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECORDING PROCESS. 

•Up to 2 people are allowed to come with artist!

•Kids are allowed in studio but must be strongly watched by the parent. All kids must have a guest to chaperone the kids. The artist is not allowed to come with any youth under the age of 13. All youth under the age of 13 needs a guest to chaperone while session is in progress. 

•After hours begin at 11:30 p.m at which point, only the Artist is allowed inside the studio. No guests allowed. All people occupying the space after 11:30 must be contributing to the creativity.

(Self Engineered Sessions)

-Sessions can not exceed 4 hours.

-Must follow all rules and guidelines inside of the suite that are enforced and included in agreement before booking.

-A troubleshooter will be on site to assist you with any problems that may occur! Customers ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISCONNECT ANY EQUIPMENT INSIDE THE RECORDING STUDIO.

-If you want refreshments or food (available) of any kind, that will be $15 extra on top of studio session price! The selections you select will be available at your session upon arrival.

-No arguing or yelling of any kind! Take it to your car and off the premises!

-YOU CAN NOT PAY FOR EXTRA STUDIO TIME AT YOUR CURRENT SESSION MUST REBOOK OR pay the Late fee for $45 for each hour exceeding the time you originally booked for!

-Destroy any equipment of any kind and you will be fined $250 no questions asked!

-If you break any of the Rules for this package, you will not be allowed to select this particular package again! You (MAY) still be able to book with one of our designated engineers but you will no longer have that option to bring your own engineer if you break any of these rules! 1 strike your out!
